		<description>It shouldn&#039;t surprise anyone to here this of OSC; it is an insular, dysfunctional company with clueless management stuck in a 1970&#039;s business paradigm (read: near total disregard for the very AS9100 management system they are certified to). Forward thinking is discouraged and often considered cause for termination; the hidden agendas among management are legend. The only reason OSC has survived this long is that companies such as Boeing and Lockheed are even more inept at producing a rocket on time and within budget. A quick look at the qualifications and experience of all levels of management should tell you all you need to know about this dysfunctional company. People who get fired for incompetence at other companies come to Orbital and regularly become Managers, Directors and VP&#039;s.

That said, OSC can be a decent starter/stop-gap job to gain experience while waiting to get on with a real company.</description>
